Kathy Stone has been a full time realtor in the Ojai Valley for over 20 years. Prior to that, she spent many years as a real estate investor in Los Angeles and Ventura counties. For seven years, she was a director on the Board of Realtors for the Ojai Valley.

She is the recipient of the Centurion Award from Century 21, a member of the President's Club at Coldwell Banker, and won the Award of Distinction for being a Most Referred Realtor.

An avid photographer, Kathy has captured the beauty of Ojai through her lens, and her work has been featured in various publications throughout the years.

A mother and grandmother, Kathy raised her family in Ojai, and has been a resident for over 30 years. She's often seen bopping around town with her sidekick, Ella the Wonder Dog.
